Outstation per-kilometer rates include fuel and driver allowance. Toll taxes, state permit taxes, and parking charges are payable on actuals unless an all-inclusive package is explicitly agreed upon.
Passengers must comply with all traffic safety regulations, including wearing seatbelts. Smoking or consumption of alcohol inside vehicles is strictly prohibited.
